New York City is getting back to business and we’re happy to be seeing clients again in our New York studio.
Here are some of the things we’re doing to help keep you safe:
- Taking no more than two appointments at a time (limited to two guests per appointment).
- Requiring masks (clients and staff).
- Limiting our on-site staff to the minimum needed to operate effectively.
- Implementing enhanced cleaning procedures and disinfecting the space on a regular basis.
- Using high-pressure steam to disinfect try-on garments after every use.
- Utilizing a state-of-the-art body scanner to reduce the duration of close personal contact during the initial measuring process.
- Launching expanded in-home and remote video appointments.
- Providing free tri-state delivery and extending the period for free alterations on new orders to one year.
- Including a complimentary matching face mask with each new bespoke suit and sport coat ordered after June 1.
