Daniel Falcón – Visual Artist

BEHIND THE ARTIST

Daniel Falcón is a visual artist working in paint and mixed media who resides and works out of his “Casa Studio” in New York. Daniel has been making art since an early age, when he first picked up his father’s film camera and learned to work with pastels.

For years Daniel has pursued a career in menswear, and the elegance of classic men’s clothing alongside the rugged appeal of western wear have served as another influence on his work.

THE BESPOKE STORY

Daniel Falcón X Michael Andrews: An Artistic Collection of Silk Pocket Squares and Bandanas

In the ever-evolving world of bespoke menswear, the intersection of art and fashion continues to push boundaries, creating timeless pieces that reflect both personal style and artistic expression.

The collaboration was born out of a shared appreciation for the artistry involved in both tailoring and visual art. Falcón, who has worked at some of the world’s leading tailoring and menswear brands including Ralph Lauren, Thom Brown, The Armoury, Suit Supply, and Brooks Brothers – draws inspiration from the classic elements of tailoring—the crisp lines of a lapel, the texture of a finely woven fabric, the wearing in of an authentic pair of Belgian shoes, and the timeless patterns that have adorned men’s wardrobes for centuries.

The designs in this collection are a celebration of these elements, reimagined through Falcón’s artistic lens. Bold, often Western themed figures are intertwined with subtle references to tailoring techniques, creating a visual narrative that is both modern and nostalgic. The use of silk as the medium further enhances the luxurious feel of the collection, making each piece a statement of style and sophistication.
