MICHAEL ANDREWS
Michael started Michael Andrews Bespoke in 2006 with the mission of crafting high-end yet approachable custom clothing for other hard-to-fit professionals like himself.
A self-proclaimed “recovering” corporate attorney, Michael donned a suit and tie to work every day for nearly a decade. Not finding off-the-rack suits cut to his liking, he began having his clothes custom made. After trying over a dozen tailors without finding exactly what he wanted, he decided to build something better.
An engineer by training and a lawyer by trade, Michael brings uncommon rigor to menswear. He earned his engineering degree from Georgia Tech, where he was prestigious President’s Scholar, completed a JD/MBA at Northwestern/Kellogg, then studied tailoring at FIT to understand the craft from the ground up.
Twenty years later, Michael Andrews Bespoke tailors in NYC have dressed tens of thousands of clients around the globe, earning a reputation as one of the premier custom tailoring houses in the world.
When he’s not outfitting the City’s best dressed, Michael is chasing his kids, Dylan and Aiden, and his Frenchie, Darzee.
CORY SYLVESTER
Cory joined the Michael Andrews’ team in 2012 and has been helping client’s dress to perfection ever since. As the company’s COO and a partner in the business, Cory oversees the company’s team of expert stylists, along with a zillion other things.
Cory is a graduate of Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL where he majored in “playing baseball.” After graduating in 2008, his passion for theater led him to Chicago, where he spent the next few years working and training as an actor at the legendary Second City Theater. Realizing he wasn’t going to find fame and fortune in the Midwest, Cory left Chicago for New York City, where he found MAB.
Cory enjoys red meat, red wine, black coffee and the style of Serge Gainsbourg.
JULIEN LE GALLOU
Julien is a Paris native who began his career as an actor, appearing in numerous films you may have seen (if you speak French). When the silver screen began to tarnish, he opted for the Big Apple’s silver spoons. Julien has managed some of the city’s top restaurants for chefs such as Anthony Bourdain and Daniel Boulud.
It was during his tenure at DBGB that he befriended the MAB team during their frequent – and often lengthy – visits to the bar.
Since joining MAB in 2014, he’s established himself as the team’s ultimate purveyor of luxury cloth.
BRADY O'CALLAHAN
Brady joined the team in 2011 and spent the next nine years making sure everything behind the scenes ran smoothly. After three years away from MAB at little known brands Ralph Lauren and Todd Snyder, he returned in a client facing role as the GM of Michael Andrews Bespoke (Chelsea).
Brady grew up in Cleveland, where he learned to love a losing baseball team and dislike winter. After graduating from Ohio State, he moved to New York to study improv comedy at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, where he performed for a decade with some of the most talented comedians in the world. He also kept his comedy chops sharp by contributing jokes to The Onion as a freelance writer.
Brady enjoys music of all kinds but has a particular fondness for classic country, Brazilian Tropicália, and 1960s Cambodian rock and roll.
ARI ROSMARIN
Ari is a native New Yorker and a self-proclaimed “ultimate Leo”—bold, confident, and endlessly charismatic. An extrovert through and through, she thrives on connection, and her passion for people and tailoring is undeniable.
With extensive experience in custom clothing, Ari previously served as the custom sales manager for Trunk Club NYC before bringing her expertise to Michael Andrews Bespoke. She now leads our in-home and personal shopping service, as well as our Hamptons trunk shows.
When she’s not helping clients look and feel their best, you’ll likely find her soaking up the sun at the beach, pushing herself at the gym, or jet-setting to her next adventure.
HERMAN LEPTZ
Herman is a proud New Yorker with a deep appreciation for classic men’s style. His eye for detail was shaped early by his grandmother, a master seamstress who crafted garments for South American heads of state. Years later, under the mentorship of Angel Ramos, he refined his understanding of bespoke tailoring and the power of precise craftsmanship.
Before transitioning to menswear, Herman had an accomplished career as an opera singer and conductor, performing with the New York Philharmonic, the Metropolitan Opera, and American Ballet Theater. His time on stage gave him a deep understanding of presence, poise, and the art of presentation—skills he now brings to every client interaction.
When he’s not helping others look their best, Herman enjoys cigars, fine whiskey, and playing golf and tennis.
NICO SATYRAN
Nico’s tailoring story started early. At 11, he suited up as Motel Kamzoil in a hometown production of Fiddler on the Roof. Not to mention, bespoke was already in the blood—his great-grandfather was a tailor in Pittsburgh, where Nico grew up.
At Indiana University, Nico began reselling luxury menswear, building a curated online shop while finishing his degree. Post-graduation, he traded closets for kitchens, taking on senior leadership roles in Michelin-star New York dining rooms. But the pull of menswear never faded. In 2025, suits won out and Nico joined the Michael Andrews team.
Nico draws inspiration from fellow Pittsburgh native Gene Kelly and Italian style icon Gianni Agnelli. His sartorial north star: sprezzatura—effortless elegance, never forced.
CHRISTIAN THOM
A native New Yorker and NYU graduate, Christian brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise to the team. His fashion journey began at Barneys NY, where he honed his knowledge of menswear, and later expanded through roles in high-end hospitality with Major Food Group.
As a member of the opening teams for Torrisi, Carbone Privato at ZZ’s Club, and The Lobster Club, Christian often wore tuxedos by Michael Andrews Bespoke, making his transition to the studio a natural fit.
When he’s not helping clients refine their style, Christian enjoys folk concerts, hiking in National Parks, and sharing a good laugh.
FRASIER SAUNDERS
Frasier has been offering expert advice to MAB clients since joining the team in 2013. When not styling clients, he keeps operations running smoothly as GM of the NoHo store and point person for Dallas and San Francisco trunk shows.
Frasier hails from South Carolina, where he attended Winthrop University. After a stint in sports management, he moved to Chicago to join the city’s highly regarded restaurant industry. During his years in the Windy City, he created beverage menus for some of the region’s finest establishments. He also had the opportunity to visit dozens of the world’s leading wineries and distilleries, giving him a taste for the finer things in life. Given his expertise curating world-class experiences for consumers, Michael recruited Frasier to join the MAB team in 2013.
Frasier has a passion for Champagne, green Chartreuse and pumpkin pie.
