    SHIPPING & RETURNS

    • Shoes are handmade-to-order in Spain. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.
    • As shoes are made specifically to your specifications, they are non-refundable.
    • If the fit is not to your liking, you may exchange them one time for a different size. Shoes must be returned unworn within two weeks of receipt. 

    HOW SIZING WORKS

    • At checkout, you will enter your shoe size.
    • Shoes are generally available from size 5 to 17. Many models are available in both regular and wide width.
    • Whenever possible, we encourage clients to book an appointment at our New York showroom to try on different sizes. 
    • Lace-ups, boots, sneakers and trainers tend to fit true-to-size.
    • Loafers, Belgians, boat shoes, and drivers tend to run a 1/2 size small.
    • If you are not satisfied with the fit of your shoes, you may exchange them one time for a different size. Please note that because shoes are custom-made to your specifications, cash refunds cannot be offered.
