SHIPPING & RETURNS

All garments and accessories purchased online will be shipped free of charge within the continental United States unless you indicate at checkout you would prefer to pick-up the items in store.

At Michael Andrews, we stand behind each and every garment we make with a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee. If you are not thrilled with the fit of a bespoke garment once it is made, we will either alter it to fit your preferences or remake it once free of charge. We offer six-months free alterations on all of our bespoke garments. For bespoke clients, we encourage scheduling an appointment in-store for any fittings.

For in-store made-to-measure orders, we offer one round of complimentary alterations within two weeks of the garments being delivered. Complimentary alterations offered on made-to-measure garments are coat waist circumference, sleeve length, pant length, and pant waist, seat and crotch sizing. Other requested alterations will be charged a la carte.

For online made-to-measure garments, if you are not fully satisfied with the fit of your preliminary test garment, a full refund may be requested immediately after you have completed the trail garment fitting. For orders that do not include a trial garment fitting, a refund may be issued at any time prior to your garments being cut, subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are an online made-to-measure client in need of alterations, please email us at NYC@michaelandrews.com to obtain shipping authorization information prior to returning the garments to us.

Please note that because our garments are all specially made for each client, we cannot offer cash refunds once a garment is cut.

Ready-made accessories may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase provided they are unworn and in the same condition as purchased. Made-to-order accessories (custom neckties, custom belts and custom shoes) are non-refundable.
