We get it. You’re busy and your schedule can change without notice. We just ask that you give us a heads up as soon as possible. We set aside time exclusively for you, so if you don’t show up it’s unfair to your stylist and to our other clients. If for any reason you can’t make an appointment, please notify your stylist at least two hours in advance so he or she can adjust their schedule accordingly.
Please note that white-glove appointments (our exclusive in-home and in-office service) have a minimum purchase level secured by a credit card number that is provided at the time of booking. No-shows, late arrivals and last-minute cancellations for white-glove appointments are subject to a $100 service charge.
